The Elite Mini is made deliberately petite to be convenient for just about any user. Simply screw in your cartridge holding the middle, NOT THE MOUTHPIECE. This should not be screwed in tight, just enough to get a connection.

How to Operate:

To power on the Elite Mini, click the button on the battery 5 times rapidly. (You should finish your 5 clicks in under 3 seconds). In order to change the voltage settings, simply click the button 3 times rapidly. The light on the button will change depending on the setting. The Elite Mini is 510 compatible; 510 cartridges are screw directly on to the battery.

• GREEN = 3.4V
• BLUE = 3.7V
• RED = 4.0V
